#2 Did WWE do the right thing by dissolving The Undisputed Era on NXT?
Adam Cole betrayed Kyle O’Reilly at WWE NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day. His actions ended up creating a divide in The Undisputed Era. Even though KOR wanted to make amends and put the past behind them, Cole once again attacked Finn Balor and KOR last week.
This week, Cole came out to talk about his actions and pretended like he did not mean to do what he did. Roderick Strong came out to confront Cole. This added even more intensity, to the situation. Balor ran out to attack Cole, in a failed attempt.

Strong and Cole teased a divide before the two men embraced in the center of the ring. However, Cole showed his true colors and attacked Strong to end The Undisputed Era for good and end the show.
WWE has done well to build Undisputed Era over the past three years or so. They could have kept Strong and Cole together on one end and O’Reilly and Bobby Fish on the other. Instead, WWE creative decided to break up Cole and Strong on this week’s NXT to end the faction.
Did WWE creative do the right thing by dissolving one of the most successful factions in WWE history before moving them to the main roster? WWE fans will have varied opinions on this, and that’s what makes the entire angle even more enticing.
