Reginald has been a prominent figure in WWE for some time now. He first appeared with Carmella on WWE RAW and has since been seen with various female superstars.
Reginald was recently partnered with Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax when they held the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles. However, Reginald cost them a few big matches. This did not sit well with The Queen of Spades who challenged him to a match.
This week on RAW, Reginald competed in an intergender match against Baszler. This wasn’t Reginald’s first match against a female superstar in WWE. While Baszler dominated Reginald, fire from the ring post helped him pick up the victory.
This was a bizarre result as the former NXT Women’s Champion lost even more value on RAW this week. Why is Reginald the main focus of the WWE RAW women’s division?
WWE needs to give more female superstars matches on RAW rather than having Reginald compete against former champions and pinning them.
Baszler should be part of the RAW Women’s Championship scene. A rivalry between her and Rhea Ripley could potentially get fans excited for the top women’s title on RAW.
Instead, WWE is wasting time booking matches between Reginald and female superstars.
