Despite the fact that Finn Balor was extremely impressive as the Intercontinental Champion, Lio Rush's predictable interference coerced Lashley to take advantage and win the gold back.

While it's understandable that Vince McMahon would be looking to propel Balor at the Grandest Stage of Them All, the company is advertising a blockbuster tag-team collision.

The interesting thing here, however, is the fact that Finn Balor will be joining forces with a mystery partner against an opportunistic Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush.

If history is any indication here, then Sami Zayn seems to be the appropriate guy who could storm his way back to the squared circle and seek redemption from the Intercontinental Champion.

Since Lashley sidelined Zayn from WWE's flagship show, a blockbuster return could rejuvenate things in this feud and would surely give Balor the necessary backup heading into WrestleMania.
