It's a damn shame that the Shield has become one of the most dreadful acts on Monday Night Raw, and a lot of that credit goes to the way they have been booked.

Dean Ambrose's sensational return to the main roster brought a lot of intrigue and promise but his inclusion in the Shield certainly demolished everything that could have happened.

Returning to the main roster and instantly betraying his brothers would have ascended the Lunatic Fringe to the top of the business and solidified his position as a class heel.

However, his return has done nothing substantial for him as well as the Shield. WWE's constant tease of Ambrose turning on his brothers is becoming stale.

The fact that the former WWE Champion admitted all the points 'Dogs of War' made about Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins not caring about Ambrose were actually accepted by the Lunatic Fringe.

Walking out on the Shield tonight brought no surprise and excitement among the fans because the company has already suggested that Dean Ambrose is already a heel.
