The match is hailed as one of the greatest bouts of all time. Lita got a chance to compete at The Grandest Stage Of Them All on next year's show, where she was featured in a Triple Threat Match for the Women's title. The Champion, Jazz, managed to defeat both Lita and Trish Stratus to retain her belt.
Lita didn't compete at the next two WrestleMania events and accompanied Cristie Hemme for her Women's title match against Stratus at WrestleMania 21. At WrestleMania 22, Lita accompanied Edge for his Hardcore match against WWE legend Mick Foley. She retired months later, at Survivor Series 2006.
Lita was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014 during WrestleMania 30 week. She has made occasional appearances for WWE ever since then but has never competed in a singles match at WrestleMania.

He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
