5 booking options for Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 34

WWE has a number of options when it comes to a potential WrestleMania debut

Ronda Rousey has been one of the most famous athletes in the world for the past few years, and ever since she made an appearance back at WrestleMania 31 where she not only slammed Triple H but also attacked Stephanie McMahon, the rumour mill has been buzzing about the former UFC Champion moving over to WWE.

Ronda has recently been seen on WWE TV alongside her friend and Mae Young Classic runnerup Shayna Baszler, which has let to even more speculation. Even though it hasn't officially been confirmed by WWE yet, it is said that Rousey is now at WWE's Performance Centre in Orlando, Florida.

Rousey is being heavily linked to a debut at WrestleMania 34, which gives the company more than five months to come up with options for the former MMA star.

#5 Stephanie McMahon vs. Ronda Rousey

This was always going to be an option after the events that took place almost three years ago, but Stephanie McMahon hasn't had a match on WWE TV since SummerSlam 2014 where she was able to defeat Brie Bella with the help of both Triple H and Nikki Bella.

The Princess hasn't been featured in a regular role on WWE TV since she was put through a table at WrestleMania 33 back in April, so it is unknown if the former Women's Champion would be able to compete at Rousey's level at this point in her career.

The match would definitely have the pull that the WWE would want a main event match at WrestleMania to have, but it could be argued that it has been so long now since their original altercation that the ship on this feud has already sailed.

#4 Stephanie McMahon and Triple H vs. The Rock and Ronda Rousey

This match was heavily speculated to be part of WrestleMania 32, but it was later revealed that The Rock had a scheduling conflict which meant that he would be unable to take part in the match.

Incredibly, this bout still hasn't taken place, which means that the whole set up for a future feud between the four stars back at WrestleMania 31 was seemingly pointless.

Triple H hasn't returned to television since WrestleMania where he was defeated by Seth Rollins and, as of yet, there is no word on his opponent for WrestleMania 34 — which means that he could easily step in and be part of a match with his wife.

Triple H and Stephanie are always together at WrestleMania anyway, so why not allow them to be part of a mixed tag match? And if Rousey manages to beat the boss, it would definitely send a message to the women's locker room.

#3 Asuka vs. Ronda Rousey

Ronda would be the perfect person to end Asuka's undefeated streak

Asuka is still undefeated in WWE, having held the NXT Women's Championship for more than 500 days before she made her main roster debut at TLC.

Asuka is the first female WWE wrestler to have an undefeated streak of this magnitude, and if anyone can defeat 'The Empress of Tomorrow', it has to be Ronda Rousey.

There is no one who is on the same level as the former UFC Bantamweight Champion in WWE, and if the company continues to build Asuka up until WrestleMania, then she could be seen as a credible threat to Ronda Rousey.

Asuka has never been pinned or submitted; she has never even tasted defeat by disqualification; so WWE knows that when they finally decide to end her undefeated streak, it will have to be against someone who is worthy and on her level.

#2 Charlotte Vs. Ronda Rousey

The Queen of WWE up against the former Queen of UFC — it would definitely be an interesting match if the company gave Charlotte the green light.

Charlotte has been hinting that she wants a match against Rousey for so long now that it seems that the WWE Universe has just accepted that Charlotte could get exactly what she wants at some point.

Charlotte is arguably the best women's wrestler that WWE has at the moment, so she would be the perfect person to challenge Rousey because if Charlotte loses the match then the WWE locker room would definitely be put on notice.

Ronda was once seen as one of the best women's fighters in UFC but it is unknown how she will take to switching over to wrestling but stepping into a match against Charlotte would definitely allow her to test her mettle.

#1 The Four Horsewomen of MMA vs The Four Horsewomen of WWE

WWE has been teasing this match all year

This is another match that was seemingly ready to take place at this year's Survivor Series event, but it seems that in wrestling all plans can be changed.

Vince McMahon was said to be the person who pulled the plug on the idea after the women had a showdown at the Mae Young Classic back in the Summer, something that he apparently wasn't a fan of.

Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey have both been reportedly training with the company so why wouldn't WWE equalise on having these two women working for them?

The women could easily pull this match off and it seems that the Four Horsewomen of WWE would definitely be up for it, so why not allow all these women to collide at The Showcase of The Immortals instead? This would also allow Rousey enough time to prepare for her debut.
