Enzo Amore clashes with many of his 205 Live cruiser pals because unlike them, he isn't nearly as blessed with in-ring talent. However, what he does bring to the division is a star power thanks to an over-abundance of a gift of gab. When he first opened his mouth before this Cruiserweight Title Match began, it was evident that his greatest strength took the night off.
With what was left of his voice, he offered a gravelly explanation that his vocal chords suffered from too match partying the night before. As he tried to continue on with his promo, it was odd to hear how hoarse this skilled orator was rendered. His pre-match promos sometimes last longer than the matches themselves. It was strange listening to him being so... brief.
After his victory, he strained again with a post-match interview. He simply thanked himself for once again becoming the Realest Champ in the Room. He also told the fans that they were entitled to no thanks.
