#1 Randy Orton
While Orton has had a lot of success during his career, it's hard to argue that it couldn’t have been better had he been able to stay out of his own way. He was once suspended for 60 days due to "unprofessional conduct," and later that same year he got his first suspension for violating WWE's Wellness Program. A few years later he got suspended for 60 days once more for his second violation. That put him at risk of getting one more suspension for a violation, which would have gotten him fired. Sure, 180 days out of a decade-plus career isn't a ton, but each time they killed Orton's momentum and kept him off TV and pay-per-views. Had Orton been more careful, who knows where his career could have gone?
