#2 Absence of Braun Strowman and Drew McIntyre
The SummerSlam card has several big names missing, which may happen in a few PPVs as WWE has a lot of Superstars on their roster currently. The likes of Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe, Daniel Bryan, Cesaro, The Miz, Rey Mysterio, Shinsuke Nakamura, Braun Strowman, and Drew McIntyre have yet to be added to the card.

The latter two - Strowman and McIntyre, probably needed to be on the card the most as their characters on WWE television are losing importance. Many predicted last year that Strowman and McIntyre could hold a world championship belt by the end of 2019, but neither of them are anywhere near the race for the top title.

WWE should have added Strowman, and a few other Superstars, to the SummerSlam card in a multi-man match just to give them some TV time, with the winner of the match possibly challenging for the Universal or WWE Championship. WWE needs to go in a new direction with both main men's titles and that could have started with one of these two Superstars winning an important match at SummerSlam.
