5 crazy twists that could happen on the RAW after WWE TLC 2017

WWE TLC 2017 has just concluded and the verdict is that it was, if not brilliant, a good show. RAW is a new day (no offence to the Tag Team from SmackDown Live) and a brand new story, and we are curious to see how the storylines pan out on the red brand.

Bear in mind that a lot of storylines may have been put on hold, as a result of the viral outbreak that has infected the RAW locker room. Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas are reportedly down with the illness, and we wonder how many plans had to be shelved.

We can only guess for now, but we are certain that WWE can still salvage the situation. These crazy twists can help the show regain the momentum that it once had.

With that being said, here are 5 plot twists that could really make RAW an unforgettable show.

#5 Kurt Angle gets fired

Look at the kind of chaos that happened on his watch!

Instead of maintaining law and order as any General Manager should, Kurt Angle integrated himself into the mix as an active performer at WWE TLC 2017. During the main event, Braun Strowman was dumped into a garbage truck and carried away, after a volley of chairs rained down upon his head.

We can totally imagine Stephanie or Vince McMahon returning to the company to fire Angle. This would allow him to participate at Survivor Series as an active participant and not an authority figure. It would also possibly set off a program with Triple H down the line.

With Roman Reigns being out of action, a Kurt Angle vs. Triple H feud can keep the audience invested until he is fit to return.

#4 The Revival make their big comeback

Could Dash and Dawson take Ambrose and Rollins to the limit? — Could Dash and Dawson take Ambrose and Rollins to the absolute limit?

If you look across the landscape of RAW right now, Ambrose and Rollins have very few challengers for their coveted championships. Gallows and Anderson could have posed a threat, but they've lost far too many times to be seen as anything other than cattle fodder. The Bar has faced them far too many times.

We wouldn't be surprised to see The Revival return to the main roster for yet another run. The two men are incredible workers, and they could have a fantastic feud with Rollins and Ambrose right now. It would elevate the tag team and also give the Shield Brothers a new program.

The Revival stole the show at countless NXT Takeovers with their superb in-ring work while Ambrose and Rollins are certainly no slouches in the ring. Both teams can help each other reach the next level. It would interest both smart and casual fans.

#3 Johnny Gargano joins the Cruiserweight Division

Could he be Enzo Amore's next challenger?

No offence to Kalisto, but the Cruiserweight Division needs to be more about stories at this point in time than pure in-ring action. Who better to introduce into a feud with Enzo at this point than the second coming of Daniel Bryan?

Johnny Gargano is a man who's beloved by the entirety of the NXT Universe. He garners genuine babyface sympathy and is a man who can ascend to great heights among the Cruiserweights without taking a bump. The time may be opportune to call him up.

With Johnny Wrestling as the face of 205 Live, chasing after the Cruiserweight Championship, the show can become must-watch once again. After all, a good heel is useless without a good babyface.

#2 Bayley turns heel

Before Hulk Hogan abandoned the red and yellow for the black and white, it was impossible to imagine him as a heel at all, especially considering there was no internet back then to publicise his influence and pull backstage.

In Bayley's case, it is equally difficult, if not more so. How could this sweet, innocent girl have a dark side concealed somewhere? But thanks to the stagnation of her career, a heel turn may just be what the doctor ordered for the California native.

Sasha and Bayley have been teasing a program for a long time on RAW. Sasha turning would be far too predictable. Bayley's heel side could really show the world the devious deeds she's truly capable of. It would relaunch her career for one more run.

#1 Jinder Mahal jumps Brock Lesnar

Jinder Mahal laid out a challenge to Brock Lesnar this past week on RAW, and the Universal Champion is set to respond to the Maharaja, in only a few hours. Nobody sees this match as a program of consequence. All of which could change if Mahal and the Singh Brothers were to jump Brock Lesnar.

If Lesnar was laid out in the middle of the ring, he would be motivated to come for the WWE Champion and his two little cronies. There would be real heat, as nobody would expect a SmackDown Live performer to appear on RAW. In Booker T's words, it would be 'good'!
