While William Regal had stated that he'll need a few weeks to make his decision, we believe that WWE loves to swerve its fans. We wouldn't be surprised if Regal was to declare the tournament winner as the new champion! TJP was felicitated with the Cruiserweight Championship when he won the Cruiserweight Classic last year, after all.
