Rowdy Roddy Piper left quite a hole in the wrestling business when the WWE Hall of Famer passed away back in 2015. But that hole could be filled by his daughter Ariel, who is currently training to be a professional wrestler.

Ariel is known as Teal Piper and made her in-ring debut back in August 2019 as part of AEW's All Out pay-per-view, where she was part of the Women's Casino Battle Royal.

Piper wasn't able to last very long in the match and was eliminated by Awesome Kong. The second-generation star hasn't made another appearance on AEW TV since.

Piper had been working for Women of Wrestling ahead of the COVID-19 pandemic and recently noted that there could be some future plans for her there, following the lockdown.

“Well, I don’t know what goes on with WOW with COVID and everything, but I’m sure that they’re just on hiatus, like most programs are, and that they will return when the time is right. They’re taking COVID very seriously and are taking every precaution possible to keep the girls there healthy."

Piper has been training with former WWE star Ronda Rousey in recent years. Rumors continue to circulate regarding Rousey's WWE status and whether or not the baddest woman on the planet will make her return anytime soon.
