#3 Becky Lynch (WWE RAW)
One of the biggest pillars of WWE's women's division in the last few years, Becky Lynch has been an absolute fan-favorite throughout her career. After signing with WWE in 2013, she became one of the four "horsewomen of WWE" alongside Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Charlotte Flair. However, while the other three won the NXT Women's Championship, Lynch never did.
In 2015, she moved up to the top roster and while she impressed everyone with her performance, she was still not at the top of the roster. Becky Lynch did become the first-ever SmackDown Women's Champion, but her big break in WWE finally came when she turned heel in 2018 and brought The Man gimmick.
After overwhelming fan support, WWE had to turn her back to a face as she reached new heights of success and popularity. Becky Lynch won the 2019 women's Royal Rumble match and went on to main event WrestleMania 35 in a historic triple threat match against Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair.
She defeated both these stars and became the first woman to hold the RAW and SmackDown Women's titles together.
After a year-long reign as the RAW Women's Champion, Lynch relinquished her title on the RAW after Money in the Bank 2020, announcing her real-life pregnancy. She has been away from WWE TV since then and in December 2020, she gave birth to her and fiance Seth Rollins' first child.
The WWE Universe has been waiting to see The Man return and take back her spot at the top of the roster. Considering her popularity, immense fan support, and achievements in her short yet memorable career, Vince McMahon would likely never think about releasing her.
