Bayley has been a consistent presence in WWE's women's division ever since she made her debut in 2016. She's also a loveable figure backstage.
During an interview for Ronda Rousey's website, Sonya Deville said Bayley is an approachable and natural leader.
“Bayley is definitely one—she’s like the locker room leader always. She’s someone you could go to for advice or if you have questions about how things work or whoever it was, she’s definitely just a natural leader in the locker room.”
Bayley is a WWE Grand Slam Champion
Bayley is one of WWE's best success stories. She has been SmackDown Women's Champion for over a year. She has won all of WWE's women's titles, and most recently PWI ranked her number one on their annual Women's 100 list. Before all of this glory, The Role Model, Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch elevated women's wrestling. Judging by Deville's comments, she is continuing to do as a locker room leader.
