Roman Reigns hasn't been in the business for very long and when he first debuted in WWE he was known as Roman Leakee. Reigns later went on to find his feet as a member of The Shield, which was when he changed his name and adopted his current persona.
Whilst Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose have gone on to have a number of personality changes in recent years ever since The Shield split back in 2014, Reigns has continued to portray the same character that he was seen as throughout their spree.

For a long time, Reigns wore the same attire that he did in the unit and still uses The Shield's entrance theme, which shows that even though at one point he struggled to find his feet and his real identity in the ring, he knows who he is right now.
Reigns technically has had the one change from Leakee to the persona he is known as today, but at the same time, the former World Champion looks happy with his current identity which means it's not something that The Fiend could use to exploit him.
