Mickie James is a former six-time Women's Champion, but all of these Championships were won as part of her first stint in WWE. It was during this first stint that James met Kenny Dykstra whilst he was part of The Spirit Squad back in 2005.
James and Dykstra dated for a while before becoming engaged to marry back in 2007. Sadly their relationship later broke down and James was then released from WWE, a few years later.

The former WWE Women's Champion went on to work for Impact Wrestling where she met her future husband, Nick Aldis. The couple welcomed their first child, a son called Donovan in September 2014 before marrying in December 2015.
Mickie James isn't currently an active Superstar on WWE's main roster since her contract expired a few months ago, but she has since moved over to main event, where she provides regular commentary. It's likely that much like Beth Phoenix, Mickie will return to the ring for one-off matches as and when needed for the foreseeable future.
