Last week on WWE RAW, Sonya Deville made a heel move by allowing one of the biggest heels back into the arena while she was suspended.

You may think that Charlotte Flair is good enough to hold her own and really doesn't need a manager to speak for her or do her dirty work. But with Sonya Deville on her side, Flair's character may only deepen with time.

Such a combination will help garner a lot of flak for Charlotte Flair and help WWE Superstars she competes against get cheered on by fans.

For a long time now, neither WWE RAW nor WWE SmackDown has seen a true heel as a General Manager or backstage official. Since there are no separate managers for each show, having someone who interjects and causes problems for Adam Pearce's decisions will spark some form of controversy on every show.

Sonya Deville seems apt for such a role. Her siding with Charlotte Flair brings back memories of when Eric Bischoff was General Manager of WWE RAW. Bischoff frequently made decisions that benefitted Triple H, who was the show's top heel at the time.

The pairing between Bischoff and Triple H garnered a lot of heat against them and maybe that's what WWE needs right now.
