Here's a little unfortunate harsh reality for fans just to remind them - The Andre The Giant Battle Royal nor the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal has any real significance whatsoever.

We always watch it with the hope that a young superstar will win the match, get a big moment at WrestleMania and then go on to get a big push. However, it doesn't work that way at all. In fact, the winner gets a trophy and that's about it. No winner in the past has really received a big singles push as expected, and the same is likely going to follow for the women's battle royal.

After all, it's simply two matches that help WWE get all the other men and women on the card. It's not necessarily a bad way of doing it, because every superstar wants to walk down the ramp, and while the opportunity isn't for everyone, it's still a great moment for them.
