Tetsuya Naito is arguably the second biggest star in New Japan Pro Wrestling right now, right behind current IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada. Naito, a former IWGP Intercontinental and Heavyweight Champion, has had a rough start to 2019 so far and somehow needs to get his momentum back on track, now that he has lost the IC Title to Ibushi.

Naito, similarly to his arch-rival Ibushi, has competed at the very highest level in NJPW and has faced off the likes of Okada, Styles, and Omega as well and a match against Jon Moxley is surely bound to happen, sooner rather than later.
A match and a possible win over Moxley will set the tone straight for Naito, as he can possibly head into 2020 hoping to become a double champion by capturing the IC Title at Dominion 6.9 and possibly main eventing Wrestle Kingdom 14, as well.
