#4 Sasha Banks

Banks has had a low-key 2018

2018 hasn't been a good year for 'The Boss'. From her lukewarm feud against Bayley to getting relegated to meaningless feuds and short TV matches, Banks has been overlooked throughout 2018.

In spite of being one of the most talented female Superstars on the main roster, the Boston-native hasn't been in a proper singles feud ever since her loss to Alexa Bliss last summer. While many thought that her feud against Bayley was ultimately leading to a match between the two, the WWE instead chose to have to duo form a tag team, which has done absolutely zilch for either of them.

Banks has one of the biggest forces in the evolution of women's wrestling in the WWE. She along with Becky Lynch, Charlotte, and Bayley help revive women's wrestling during her time in NXT and then on the main roster. She had some of the greatest women's matches in the company's history against Charlotte Flair in 2016.

She is a four-time RAW Women's champion. To see her in such a spot is frustrating as well as sad. Many believe that a heel turn would've turned the tide for Banks, but sadly that hasn't happened and Banks has had to contend herself with meaningless pre-show and TV matches.

Banks is in dire of a character change and QOTR might just be the shot in the arm that she needs. Imagine Banks turning heel during the tournament or before that and winning the entire thing. Banks had been a great heel in NXT and during her initial main roster run as part of Team B.A.D. Banks needs to rejuvenate her character and QOTR might be the place where she finally revives her career.
