The WWE Universe has witnessed generations after generations of wrestlers entertain the crowd with their superhuman in-ring abilities and exceptional promo cutting abilities.
Some of these superstars have gone to have legendary careers while some never got the rub of the green and were forgotten rather easily.
But have you ever wondered, which out of these superstars have gone on to surpass their parents not figuratively, rather literally? With that, I mean in terms of height.
If Kane's father was in the WWE or had worked before and was taller than the Big Red Machine, then we would know of him, for he would have been one massive human being. Fortunately, we don't know about him. But there are some that we do know of.
So, without further ado, here are 5 WWE wrestlers who grew taller than their superstar parents:
#1 Goldust (Dusty Rhodes)
Goldust has been a part of the WWE for close to three decades now, helping him establish as not only a decorated veteran but also a legend within the industry.
However, before him, it was his father "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, who had entertained wrestling fans around the world and went on to become one of the most revered names in the industry.
The late great WWE Hall of Famer used to measure 1.85m during his time as a wrestler. Goldust has been fortunate enough to surpass his father by a distance in the height charts as the 48-year-old is 1.98m tall.

#2 Paige - Sweet Saraya
The WWE Universe is buzzing with the return of Paige, who has made her long-awaited return to the squared circle of WWE in style - forming a heel faction named Absolution on RAW alongside Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.
The 25-year-old has had a roller-coaster of a last 12 months or so. First, she suffered a career-threatening neck injury, before being suspended for violating WWE's wellness policy. The anti-Diva was then embroidered in an adult video controversy and following her break-up with Alberto del Patron has finally returned to the WWE.
Paige's mom had quite a remarkable career of her own, which has spanned over two decades and includes stints with Shimmer Women Athletes, Shine Wrestling, and World Association of Women's Wrestling - which she is currently a part of.
One of the most intriguing facts about Sweet Saraya was that she wrestled while Paige was in her womb. Coming back to the point, it is the anti-Diva who is taller than her mom, although by a small margin. While Paige's height is 1.73m, Sweet Saraya is 1.7m tall.

#3 Randy Orton - Bob Orton
Randy Orton has been one of the finest exponents of WWE's PG era and is rightly a 13-time world champion. The Viper is a 3rd-generation superstar and is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Bob Orton Jr., who in turn is the son of another WWE legend and the innovator of the world-famous finishing move 'Pedigree', Bob Orton.
Randy has established himself as one of the finest wrestlers of this generations and some would even go as far as saying that he has surpassed his father's legacy.
However, that is not the only thing The Viper has surpassed his father in. The 13-time World Champion is 1.94m tall, while his father, Bob Orton Jr., measured 1.85m.

#4 Roman Reigns - Sika Anoa?i
Roman Reigns is destined for great things, or at least that is what the WWE thinks and hopes will happen. It is not often that any wrestler receives a push like the one that Reigns has received in the 5 years since his debut as one of the three members of the heel faction - The Shield.
The Big Dog has recently conquered the Intercontinental Championship by defeating The Miz, thereby becoming the seventeenth ever Grand Slam champion in the history of WWE.
His father, WWE Hall of Famer Sika Anoa?i had multiple stints with the WWE, first as part of a tag team named The Wild Samoans alongside his brother Afa Anoa?i, then as a singles star.
The 72-year-old is 1.88m tall, while The Big Dog is measured at 1.91m thereby eclipsing his father with a narrow margin.

#5 The Rock - Rocky Johnson
If ya smell..... what the rock's height is?

But when it comes to the most electrifying man in the history of sports entertainment, you have got to... It doesn't matter!
But what matters is that The Rock has come out on top once again.
The 10-time World Champion has managed to surpass his father, Rocky Johnson not only in terms of height but in terms of popularity and charisma. Rock's father is a historic champion of WWE, having become the first-ever African-American Tag Team champions alongside Tony Atlas when they defeated The Wild Samoans (now, where have I heard that name before?) to win the title.
Rocky Johnson has an impressive height of 1.93m but The Rock has managed to surpass him just by a little margin and is 1.96m tall.
