5 fan chants you might have missed during WWE SmackDown Live (November 14th, 2017)

Things got real on SmackDown Live

The go-home SmackDown Live headed into Survivor Series was an exciting night full of unpredictable action. The Charlotte crowd was on fire all night and were very vocal as they witnessed the events leading up to WWE's annual November Classic unfold in front of them.

There were plenty of great things being shouted in the direction of the action in the ring, but these five chants really stood out.

#1 One More Time!

Th
Things got pretty brutal

The ending of SmackDown Live saw Raw getting their retribution by invading the Blue Team. The Shield ended up in the ring with Shane McMahon where they hit him with a signature Triple Powerbomb and the crowd lost their minds.

The crowd chanted "one more time!" almost as soon as Shane McMahon's body hit the canvas and the reverberations of the impact were felt throughout the ring. After a little stalling, they finally got their second Shield Triple Powerbomb and it was a powerful way to send a message.

#2 Let's Go Charlotte

It was Cha
It was Charlotte Flair's night in Charlotte

It really should be no surprise that Charlotte, North Carolina would be really into Charlotte Flair. After all, The Nature Girl hails from The Queen City. But they were very supportive of Flair during her championship match against Natalya.

They had Charlotte Flair's back the entire time and it was a pretty epic showing. When Natalya finally tapped out to the Figure 8 there was nothing to hold back the crowd's enthusiasm.

But chants of "Let's go Charlotte" carried on through the contest to add a great vocal soundtrack to the match which would see Charlotte becoming the second-ever woman to hold both Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships. The first women to achieve that distinguishment is ironically Alexa Bliss who Flair will meet at Survivor Series.

#3 New Day Rocks

The
These guys are still extremely popular

The New Day are on their way to Survivor Series where they will take on The Shield in a contest some could consider a dream match. But the Charlotte crowd was very happy to see Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston, and Big E as they attacked the ring with plenty of booty shaking and cereal pouring.

Big E might have gotten a little over-zealous with the box of Booty-O's and could have accidentally blinded a young man with some Booty-O's dust in the process.

But it's all good because the WWE Universe was well behind The New Day as they performed on their home turf on SmackDown Live. The kid seemed to be fine too after all a little Booty-O's dust never hurt anybody.

"New Day Rocks" chants were heard throughout the building as they talked up a great game against The Shield. Although the allusions to the fact The New Day have never fought amonst themselves could possibly be seen as some slight foreshadowing that a split could be on the way. It was still a great time for The New Day.

#4 You Deserve It

It
It was a special moment

Charlotte Flair picked up her sixth WWE Women's Championship in the city she adopted her name from. She not only started her first SmackDown Women's title reign with style but as she exited the ramp, her famous father, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair came out to join her. The two embraced and then strutted a little before making their final exit.

But even before Charlotte Flair's theme song morphed into Ric Flair's iconic tune the crowd was in a frenzy as they chanted, "you deserve it" in a passionate response to the scene being played out before them.

The North Carolina crowd were thrilled to be a part of this historic moment and wanted to let Charlotte Flair know how proud they were of their native daughter.

#5 AJ Styles

It was
It was a well deserved moment for AJ Styles

Something very special happened in Manchester during WWE's recent European tour as AJ Styles captured the WWE Championship from The Modern Day Maharaja, Jinder Mahal.

It was a long time coming, but AJ Styles finally found his way back in the WWE Title picture. When he was introduced by Daniel Bryan with a furious delivery the Charlotte, North Carolina crowd couldn't hold in their excitement to bear witness to the new WWE World Champion.

The frenzied crowd chanted "AJ Styles" at The Phenomenal One as they watched Daniel Bryan do an amazing impression of Paul Heyman while he played the part of Styles' Advocate for one night only. It was certainly a great way to start the show off with a bang.
