WWE Superstar Braun Strowman will face The Bar tomorrow at WrestleMania but the big question going in is, who will be Braun's tag-team partner be?
In this article, I look at five WWE Superstars who I'd like to see as Braun's tag-team partner.
#5 Lars Sullivan
Lars Sullivan is currently wrestling in NXT. Sullivan signed with WWE in 2013 but only made his debut last year. NXT's resident monster will compete for the NXT North American Championship tonight at NXT TakeOver; New Orleans.
Sullivan has a similar background to Strowman, both come from the world of powerlifting, and prior to Braun's main-roster debut, the duo were tag-team partners in developmental. Wouldn't Braun reuniting with his former tag-team partner make a great team? Only one problem, who would be able to beat these two.
#4 Bobby Lashley
The rumour mill suggests that Bobby Lashley has already inked a deal to make his WWE return. The former WWE Superstar left WWE around 10 years ago and has since competed in professional MMA and has wrestled for Impact Wrestling since.
A debut for Bobby Lashley would a great WrestleMania surprise. The duo could later implode to being a program with each other.
#3 Elias
Braun and Elias may not have been seeing eye to eye of late, with Elias smashing his guitar on Braun and Braun returning the favour with multiple powerslams, but they would make a great tag-team.
They could start of not totally in-sync but over the weeks, this tag-team would definitely be one to be reckoned with. Hey, maybe they can get the Symphony of Destruction match to be their signature match.
#2 Rey Mysterio
Rey Mysterio has said that he will not be at WrestleMania but then again, this is an article about fantasy picks. Mysterio and Braun would make a great big man-small man pairing, a potent combination of speed and strength.
Once again, Rey Mysterio coming out at Braun's partner would also make for a great WrestleMania surprise.
#1 Bray Wyatt
This one writes itself. Braun Strowman made his WWE debut as a member of the Wyatt Family under Bray's tutelage. Strowman broke off on his own after the 2017 Superstar Shake-up.
Bray returning from his dip in the Lake of Reincarnation, as Braun's tag-team partner would give Bray some much-needed momentum. Bray's eaten too many big losses over the last couple of years and a dominant run in a tag-team as could help restore his aura.
