#2 Kevin Owens vs Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins has been in a state of limbo ever since his feud with Triple H last year. His planned feud and subsequent WrestleMania clash against Dean Ambrose ended prematurely due to an injury to The Lunatic Fringe.

Rollins is undoubtedly one of the best in-ring workers, but he has not done anything useful on Raw except that memorable performance last week. A transfer to the Blue Brand seems the most viable option for the architect right now, and guess who he should feud with upon his arrival on SmackDown? Kevin Owens.
Owens' debut on Smackdown was supposed to be the start of his run as WWE's top heel, but he has spent the majority of his tenure on SmackDown feuding either with AJ Styles or with Shane McMahon.
His rumored feud with Sami Zayn will end with a match at WrestleMania, and Owens would be in dire need of a new adversary. Owens and Rollins had a great series of matches in late 2016 while feuding over the Universal Title. A rehash of their feud would be the perfect way of introducing Rollins on the Blue Brand, before giving him a run with the WWE Title later in the year.
