#1. Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Akira Tozawa
Akira Tozawa has been on WWE television frequently lately, but the performer hasn't exactly been used memorably. Tozawa joined WWE in 2016 as a part of WWE's cruiserweight division, appearing predominantly on 205 Live.
Towaza held the Cruiserweight Championship briefly and he later feuded with Drew Gulak, who he competed against for several weeks.

After he came to RAW in 2019, Towaza appeared sporadically on the red brand. He competed in the tournament for the recently renamed NXT Cruiserweight Championship but he was unsuccessful. Later, Towaza made a surprise appearance in a cinematic match at Backlash, cornering both The Street Profits and The Viking Raiders with his group on ninjas.
Most recently, Towaza has been pursuing R-Truth for the 24/7 Championship in a more comedic angle, where the star even strangely appeared to be eaten by sharks. Towaza seems to be fading out of this storyline, which is focusing on Gulak and R-Truth.
Towaza has the potential to go far with WWE, especially if he was to receive a push. He is a very talented star, and it would be a treat to see him engage in a meaningful feud.
