Sabu loves to take high risks

If you were ever a fan of hardcore wrestling and ECW, then you’d be extremely familiar with Sabu. He was arguably the most recognizable Superstar from the promotion and did a lot to make the brand a big success.

Sabu was dubbed "The Homicidal, Suicidal, Genocidal, Death-Defying Maniac", and put his body on the line, unlike any other Superstar we’d seen before. His crazy moves were unpredictable, and each match allowed the fans to get more indulged in his character.

During his time in ECW, he won the ECW World Heavyweight Championship twice along with many other titles. However, he was unsuccessful at winning any other major title in WWE.

Sabu’s final stint with the company ended in 2007, after which he was named part of a class-action lawsuit filed against the company in 2016.

The lawsuit stated that the wrestlers incurred long term neurological injuries, and the company did not care for the health of the talent. The wrestlers also stated that WWE fraudulently misrepresented the nature of the talents’ injuries and concealed them.

Due to this reason, Sabu may never make it to the WWE Hall of Fame even though he was regarded as one of the pillars of the company during his initial tenure.
