In perhaps one of the strangest turns of a career path, former Intercontinental Champion Ken Shamrock became the bodyguard of American rapper, 50 Cent. As of 2015, Ken Shamrock confirmed he was employed by a security company that provides protection for several high-profile names.

Perhaps on the face of it, a former UFC Champion becoming a bodyguard isn't the absurdest of things. But the sheer fact that Shamrock main evented several UFC PPVs and made the amount of money he did, it's surprising to see him back in full-time employment.

Many would have expected the 52-year old to make a WWE return instead. With the Royal Rumble happening this Sunday and Shamrock's current job status unknown could we see the Most Dangerous Man in Sports back in his comfort zone.
