WrestleMania is just over a week away and just like the rest of you, we cannot wait to bring you all the action as it happens live. One of the annual attractions at WrestleMania is the multi-man Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

What makes the Battle Royal so unique is the fact that you never know who's going to be in it. From active superstars on the roster, to NXT talent, to returning legends, the field is generally always quite unique. To get you all pumped for the event, we're here to list five legends who could very well make a comeback at the event.

Let us know in the comments if you think these former WWE Superstars will make a return, or if you believe if they will win. Also, if you think we've missed out on anyone, please do let us know.

Here is our list of names...

#5 Goldberg

The crowd would be on fire if Goldberg made a big return

Goldberg and Brock Lesnar tore the house down last year at WrestleMania. There were strong rumours that Goldberg would make a big comeback and participate in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, at WrestleMania 34. Goldberg is still a household name, and as we saw last year, he can still go. He could definitely participate in and win a Battle Royal.

While some may critique this decision and say that he would rob a deserving Superstar of his spot, the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal has proved to be little more than a pointless title in the past. Look at Rawley and where he is on the roster after last year's win. Goldberg's return may actually be a legit WrestleMania moment, that fans will love.

With the Andre the Giant movie coming out this year, the rumour was that WWE wanted a big star to win the coveted event. Imagine around 70,000 people chanting for Goldberg, at once.

#4 The Great Khali

Could The Great Khali tower over the competition at WrestleMania?
Could The Great Khali tower over the competition at WrestleMania 34?

The Great Khali may not be Andre the Giant between the ropes, in terms of in-ring skills, but he can certainly match the legend in terms of sheer size. After the previous attempt to capture the Indian market through Jinder Mahal, could WWE amp it up by having The Great Khali lead the charge this time?

If The Great Khali were to show up at the Battle Royal and win the whole thing, it would certainly be a great PR peg for India. WWE has one of the more lucrative television deals in India, and they could use this opportunity to kick things into high gear. Also, you don't really need to be Shawn Michaels in the ring to win a Battle Royal.

We saw The Great Khali return as recently as the last Punjabi Prison match. We know that he still actively competes in India, and he can still go as well as he ever could.

Khali could also be used to put some younger talent over (like say Baron Corbin) if he were to eliminate the Punjabi Playboy during the course of the match.

#3 Jeff Jarrett

Double J would certainly make for a surprising entrant, in the Battle Royal
Double J would certainly make for a surprising entrant, in the Battle Royal

Jeff Jarrett, much to the shock of the world, is going into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. Jarrett has been an instrumental part of the history of WWE, as a key player both before and during the Attitude Era, although in the mid-card. He was also a big name in WCW, towards the later years. Fans would love to see him return again!

Jarrett still has the gas to last a Battle Royal and put up a strong showing during this exhibition match. He doesn't necessarily have to win the match...a mere guitar shot or two may suffice!

#2 Bobby Lashley

Bobby Lashley needs to return and win the match!
Bobby Lashley needs to return and win the match!

With Lesnar possibly leaving the company after WrestleMania, WWE needs Bobby Lashley. After his first run with the company, where he was a tad green, Lashley reinvented himself by becoming a legitimate top guy in TNA. He also has a great record in MMA, and can be an invaluable asset to WWE.

After all, the Brock Lesnar spot is up for grabs. We're certain that Lashley would work a better schedule than Lesnar. He could also have absolutely great matches with the Superstars in both RAW and SmackDown Live.

To create a second impression, Lashley needs to run through the competition in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. There would be no stopping him, after that!

#1 Shawn Michaels

Could Mr. WrestleMania have another big WrestleMania moment?
Could Mr. WrestleMania have another big WrestleMania moment?

Nobody doubts the fact that Shawn Michaels is in great shape. He's perhaps in better shape than he was during his later years. The only thing holding him back from making a return is his own personal principle. After the perfect retirement, he doesn't want to let his legacy fall into ruin, once again.

Michaels could make a compromise and show up in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Whether he wins or not, fans would be absolutely ecstatic. Because Michaels is WrestleMania.

So there you have it. We've compiled a list 5 Superstars who can realistically be a part of the Battle Royal, unlike superstars like Sting and Edge who would never be allowed in the ring again.

Can you suggest more names for this list, readers?
