Layla was a cheerleader and dancer before her life changed forever when she won the 2006 Raw Diva Search, she then went on to become a Women's Champion and one of the most improved female wrestlers in the company.

The British star was at the forefront of the Women's Division for a number of years and was the woman who retired Michelle McCool back at Extreme Rules in 2011, but her career started to dwindle in 2014. Layla announced her retirement from the business on July 29th, 2015, the day after her engagement to fellow wrestler Richard Young was made official.

The couple went on to marry on November 27th and Layla herself now claims on her Twitter bio that she is working as a real estate agent, but remains active on Social Media to connect with fans.
