#4. Former WWE Superstar Lilian Garcia

Lilian Garcia was one of WWE's longest-tenured superstars when she announced her departure from the company in 2016.

The star announced some of the company's biggest matches, sang the national anthem at WrestleMania, and has even been part of some interesting feuds. From issues with Howard Finkle to rivalries with Charlie Hass, Jillian Hall, and Miss Kitty, Lilian was part of some memorable angles but none of these included a real match.

WWE's creative team were able to ensure that the former star's feuds were always settled by another female wrestler or in much more creative ways. Lilian won her feud with Howard Finkle when she was able to come out on top in an Evening Gown vs Tuxedo competition.

Despite not being an active part of the Women's Division during her time with the company, Lilian was still considered to be a Diva and was featured on many of the women's DVD releases in early 2000s.

Despite leaving the company in 2016 to care for her father, Garcia has returned several times and maintains a good relationship with WWE, but she is still yet to wrestle a match as of 2022.
