Dean Ambrose walked out to the ring with own bunch of SWAT members wearing gas masks and other protective gear so that they could keep themselves protected from the harmful air in the arena.

After that again Rollins charged to the ring and got some offence in but got subdued by the SWAT team which outnumbered him significantly and it was again Ambrose who stood tall at the end.
Either way, one thing is clear, this is a complete divergence from the "Lunatic Fringe" character that Ambrose played and this is something completely new and different from Dean.
