Finn Balor deserves to win the Universal Championship again
Finn Balor was the first Universal Champion in WWE history, and he was forced to relinquish his title on WWE RAW after he sustained a serious injury in the same match. It wouldn’t be far-fetched to say that this was one of the most unfortunate events in recent memory. It was a title that Balor never lost. Thus, he deserves to get back to his best form and fight for the gold once again.

It is evident that Finn Balor will have to fight through some of the biggest names in the business in order to make a claim for the title. At the same time, he is someone who perfectly capable of doing that in a convincing fashion. As long as he is booked in a manner that plays to his strength, Balor will always be a huge threat in the Universal Championship picture.
The only thing that the creative need to avoid with respect to Finn Balor is to show him as a vanilla babyface. He is an incredible performer and can be trusted to carry himself through the most relentless feuds. Hopefully, we will see Finn Balor involved in such storylines before the 39-year-old Superstar inevitably starts to fall from his prime.
