#2 WWE Superstar Sasha Banks tries out the Indian sari

In 2017, WWE Superstar Sasha Banks toured India for the first time in her life. She was already a great admirer of the Indian culture and was overwhelmed by the love and support from her fans.

At the New Delhi live event, she was booked to face the then WWE RAW Women's Champion, Alexa Bliss. Before the show, Banks went shopping with Indian WWE wrestlers Kavita Devi and the Singh brothers. They visited a wardrobe showroom in Delhi, where Sasha tried the famous Indian apparel, the sari.

The Boss looked classy in her red sari. She also learned some new dance steps from the Singh brothers. Although she lost her match against Alexa, Sasha certainly took back many unforgettable memories from India.

In March 2019, WWE held their first tryouts in India. WWE Superstars Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Big E (collectively known as The New Day) were also sent to India as part of a promotional tour.

The three superstars had a lot of fun during this unforgettable tour. They went to Mumbai, where they tried various traditional cuisines and took part in numerous Meet & Greet events.

They also appeared on a famous TV reality show, The Super Dancer. During this time, The New Day also learned a lot about the Bollywood movie industry. They also gained knowledge about various cricketing skills. Speaking of cricket, The New Day weren't the only WWE Superstars to try out this popular game.
