#4 24/7 title match and new champion
It started off as a title to keep WWE's mid-card and lower mid-card on WWE television, but it has now become one of the most watched and enjoyable segments of RAW or SmackDown each week.
The 24/7 title has revived R-Truth's WWE career, while also giving some much-needed screen time for the likes of Drake Maverick, who have taken the ball and run with it when it comes to the 24/7 title.
While WWE haven't yet announced a 24/7 title match for Extreme Rules, we will most likely see Maverick, R-Truth and co. between segments, and perhaps we could also witness a new champion. Someone like EC3 needs to be seen more on WWE television and perhaps we could see a three-way feud between EC3, Drake Maverick, and R-Truth for the 24/7 title.
The 24/7 title is similar to the Hardcore title that was there in WWE years ago, and what better place to revive the spirit of the Hardcore championship than at the Extreme Rules PPV?
