#3 Add more matches to the card

Current Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor
Current Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor

Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor hadn't had a match on WWE television for a month, with his last match at Super ShowDown, when he faced off against Andrade. Balor recently started a feud with Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown Live, which could turn out to be very exciting.

Balor should be in more matches on WWE television, and perhaps we could possibly see him added to the card for Extreme Rules, where he defends his title against Nakamura.

Another title that has been overlooked in WWE lately is the Women's Tag Team titles, which is a great pity considering the title was introduced just this year. The IIconics, the current Women's Tag Team title holders have not really elevated the title, and their feud against the Kabuki Warriors has been rather stale.

But, the Japanese duo do have an opportunity to face them for the Women's Tag Team titles, which they chickened out of this past week on SmackDown Live, and perhaps Extreme Rules is where the two teams face off.
