Why WWE would do this on a pay per view that absolutely needs the kind of big moment a title change would provide is troubling, but it looks like WWE doesn't exactly plan to award fans for waking up at 5 am in the morning. In fact, according to Cagesideseats.com's rumor roundup, there will be no title changes!
That means that Samoa Joe most likely won't be taking The WWE title from AJ Styles, The Bar will be unsuccessful in their plights to get the tag team titles back and Charlotte will fail in her quest to recapture The Women's title. Not only is that disappointing to hear, especially with the momentum that Joe has right now, but also for fans hoping to see something big.
In the end, it's not a deal breaker and WWE will still have a few other matches that are must-see, but its definitely going to affect the overall quality of Saturday's pay per view. Furthermore, it going to create a monotonous nature throughout the four hours runtime that could sour fans on the experience completely
