#2 The Undertaker

While The Undertaker doesn't have a match at WrestleMania this year, he is scheduled for WWE's currently-unnamed show in Saudi Arabia, which takes place in May.

Considering Undertaker's legacy at the WrestleMania, even if Vince is really angry at Taker for contributing to Starrcast II - and possibily making an appearance there - he can make an exception for the man who has the longest undefeated WrestleMania streak. The Undertaker hasn't missed the Grandest Stage of Them All since WrestleMania 2000, where he was unable to compete due to injury.

Whether it's just an appearance or an impromptu match, there is a big chance that the Deadman could show up.

#1 The Rock

The Rock hasn't appeared at WrestleMania since he beat up the Wyatt Family at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas.

Given his status in Hollywood, he is a busy man. But since he hasn't been in WWE for a while, surely he can get one day off from whichever movie he's filming this week, to have a one-off appearance.

He doesn't have to set up a feud or do a big angle - it would just be nice to see him inside a ring again. Whether it happens or not, it's definitely a possibility.
