EC3 may well be the most wasted NXT call-up in history. The former Impact star has it all- he's got charisma to spare, he looks great and he's solid in the ring. Sadly, WWE's creative have reduced him to little more than a comedy character in the WWE 24/7 Championship picture, and he's barely even featured in that these days.
EC3 looked set for big things when he first arrived in NXT but his time on the brand was cut short long before it got a chance to get going. The former Impact star could make a solid addition to the brand's North American Championship scene and his gifts on the microphone mean that he would be likely to please the executives at the USA Network.
As things stand, EC3 is simply wasting away on the main roster and if the WWE continues to fail to use him properly, then somebody else will. A move back to NXT and a change of gimmick could easily see EC3 rise to the top of the brand and finally get a chance to fulfill his potential as a WWE employee.
