#1 Cody Rhodes

At this point, it almost feels like the entire Elite needs to turn heel in AEW and that very well might be the case, with the exception of The Young Bucks, of course (Unless, they decided to go, rogue, as well).
Cody has been teasing a potential heel turn for himself for weeks now and a major portion of AEW fans around the world have finally started to take notice of Cody's rogue intentions.
WWE doesn't want these wrestlers back - Find out now!
At Fight For The Fallen, Cody showcased a rather more aggressive side of his in his successful TNT Title defense over Sonny Kiss. The former 'American Nightmare' used various heel-ish antics during the match, in order to retain the title that he has been defending for almost every week now, ever since he became the inaugural champion.
Cody, in fact, has been teasing the possibility of a heel turn for quite some time now. Given the fact that he isn't allowed to challenge for the AEW World Title anymore, the reigning TNT Champion is willing to go the distance in order to make sure that the title remains around his waist.
Fans initially thought that it would be Hangman Page who would turn his back on The Elite first but with now with both Omega and Cody teasing the possibility of a heel turn, are we on the verge of witnessing the unthinkable in AEW?
Could the AEW Executive Vice-President be the first one from The Elite to turn heel or has The Elite been playing us all along and is planning on taking the darker route at the same time?
Having The Elite turn heel would be a massive twist in the tale and would also somewhat be a major throwback to their original days under the Bullet Club banner. Much like Omega, Page, and The Bucks, Cody himself was also a top villain while making his claim for BC leadership and if all five members of The Elite are to turn heel, then AEW will definitely undergo a massive change with their EVPs calling the shots.
