When will KO make fans chant "fight Owens fight" and not "run Owens run"?

The character Kevin Owens is being asked to portray right now is slightly confusing; is he a sympathetic babyface trying to provide for his family? Or is a coward running away from every single challenge placed in front of him? To most in the WWE Universe, it would be the latter, but for those who have watched KO wrestle for a really long time it is quite evident that he is none of the above, as the character that Owens has perfectly master for years has been the prizefighting badass that would go to any lengths to capture his prize.

And when KO takes on Braun Strowman at Summerslam 2018 for the Money in the Bank briefcase, WWE need to answer a straightforward question, is Kevin Owens still a main event player in the WWE?
