A bizarre idea concocted from the mind of Vince McMahon, the Gobbledy Gooker was unveiled at the 1990 Survivor Series. Even though 1990 was a very different time, promoting the hatching of a giant egg, only for it to be a man in a silly turkey suit was never a good idea.

Despite Gene Okerlund's attempt to sell it, coupled with Piper and Monsoon on commentary, there was no saving this abomination of an idea. Hector Guerrero, of the Guerrero wrestling family, was the unfortunate wrestler under the turkey suit.

To add to silliness, The Undertaker ironically debuted on the same night. Thank God he wasn't the one inside in the Egg. I am not sure The Undertaker would have had a 27-year run in the company if he was.
