WWE TLC, the last PPV of 2019, is just a week away, but WWE have not announced even one match for the show. WWE will most likely announce matches on the upcoming episode of SmackDown as well as next week's show, which will be held just two days before the show, as well as on next week's RAW.

SmackDown has quite a few interesting storylines going on at the moment following Survivor Series.

Let's take a look at 5 matches for TLC that could be announced on SmackDown:

#5 Roman Reigns vs Baron Corbin

The storyline between Roman Reigns and Baron Corbin has been going on for far too long, and has sunk to absurd levels, which included Corbin bringing out a dog mascot in recent weeks.

Reigns turned on his teammate King Corbin at Survivor Series, when both were a part of Team SmackDown in the men's Survivor Series elimination tag team match.

Fans have not been very enthusiastic about this feud, but it's only a filler feud before Reigns takes on bigger challenges in the months to come, perhaps even against the current Universal Champion, The Fiend.

WWE probably feels that it is too early to add Reigns to a title feud and The Big Dog could suffer the same fate as Seth Rollins if he steps foot in the ring with The Fiend and comes out on top.

This is one of the reasons why this feud between Roman Reigns and Baron Corbin, who now has Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler on his side, will continue, perhaps ending at next month's Royal Rumble PPV.

We could probably see an unusual stipulation being added to the match, just to freshen things up in the feud, and Reigns will most likely come out on top once again.

#4 Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross vs Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose

Alexa Bliss returned to WWE television on last week's SmackDown, after a brief spell away from the ring. Bliss reunited with Nikki Cross and saved her tag team partner who was being attacked by Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose.

Bliss will most likely remain a tag team competitor and partner with Nikki Cross, before she returns to singles wrestling, and feuds with Bayley for the SmackDown Women's title.

The former RAW and SmackDown women's champion will most likely have an easy feud upon returning to WWE, and team up with Cross to have a match against Deville and Rose. It'll be interesting to see if Bliss and Cross feud with The Kabuki Warriors for the Women's tag team titles.

The dynamic would work as Bliss is now a babyface, and maybe she and Cross could earn a shot at the titles by defeating Deville and Rose at TLC, which could lead to match at Royal Rumble against Kabuki Warriors.

#3 The New Day vs Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler

Another tag team match that could happen at TLC is between The New Day, the current SmackDown Tag Team champions, and the team of Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler.

The New Day defended their titles last week on SmackDown when they faced and defeated the team of Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro.

It's unlikely that that match will be repeated at TLC, and we have a feeling that former RAW Tag Team champions, Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler, could get an opportunity at the titles. Roode and Ziggler have joined forces with King Corbin, in the King's feud with Roman Reigns.

These two teams have faced off before this year on SmackDown, just days ahead of the Crown Jewel PPV, but this time the SmackDown Tag Team titles could be on the line.

This match would most likely go on the pre-show as the build has been minimal, but all four competitors are great in the ring, which could hype up the crowd for the remainder of the show.

#2 Lacey Evans vs Bayley

Lacey Evans is now a babyface on SmackDown television, and had a confrontation with Sasha Banks and current SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley, last week on SmackDown.

Until we get the Bayley vs Sasha Banks or Bayley vs Alexa Bliss matches, which could be reserved for a big PPV, we could see Bayley defend her title against the likes of Lacey Evans, which could be the case for TLC.

#1 The Fiend vs Daniel Bryan (or The Miz)

Daniel Bryan's babyface turn has been teased and teased, and then some, and it seems that it could finally happen before TLC. Bryan is still feuding with The Fiend, whom he faced and lost against at Survivor Series.

We could see him get another title opportunity, this time as a babyface at TLC. There have been reports suggesting that WWE could go with a match between The Fiend and The Miz, with Bryan returning to the feud a little later, perhaps at Royal Rumble.
