5 Matches Rey Mysterio Could Have

#1 Rey Mysterio vs. AJ Styles

This one, plain and simply put, has just been a dream match for many for a long long time.

As mentioned, Rey Mysterio is the best cruiserweight of all time and one of the best of all time, period. Reigning WWE Champion AJ Styles has also been on that level as one of the best ever for quite some time now. With both men being as phenomenal as they are, they could easily put on a match that no one would ever forget.

Both are also arguably the two best high flyers of all time and have rarely ever competed in a poor match. With Rey Mysterio now back in WWE and on SmackDown alongside Styles, the dream match can now finally be a reality. Whether it be a special event along the lines of Crown Jewel, or even at a WrestleMania, this match will happen and it will be one of the best, if not the best match of the year.

While this match did actually happen before in the UK just before Styles joined WWE, time constraints on the match would hurt the quality, and they really deserve and need a do-over.
