The 30-man Royal Rumble match probably won't have a surprise winner
#2 Big E

The 31-year-old Big E has many great years ahead of him. Why not let 2018 be one of them?
Big E is an immensely talented individual with a ton of personality and charisma. He has played it serious and comedic as both a good guy and a bad guy over the course of his time in NXT and WWE and he has shined in every role he has been given. He’s also a really, really talented wrestler. He’s big, fast, and intense, plus he has great timing and knows how to keep the crowd interested.
The New Day have been rumored to be splitting up for a long time, but never have. They don’t have to break up in order for Big E to get a WrestleMania title shot, or to even become WWE Champion. It would make the group even more of a high-profile trio than they already are, and it would make their eventual parting of ways more important than it already surely will be.

About the author
Nicholas A. Marsico
I got my first big break writing for 411Mania back in 2004. I did a small spot in a big weekly piece that was written by one of the site's top writers. I quickly added the duty of being the live recapper for episodes of SmackDown, and in 2005 was given my own weekly column, which I did for a few years. I gave up writing (mostly) to start a family but got back into it, still at 411, a little over 3 years later. For another couple of years, I wrote 2-3 columns per week for the website before finding paid work elsewhere, and eventually wound up at SportsKeeda.
I am also the co-founder of the RBR: Weekly Wrestling Talk podcast, which started in the summer of 2005 and is still going strong today, almost 15 years later. Due to school, work, and family commitments, I left the team in 2011 but still remain a part of the family.
