This would be a big blunder.

While it makes sense to worry about the outcome of the Triple Threat Smackdown Women's Title Match, the situation is not the same with the Red Brand's Match. Of course, Ronda is gonna win that match, and it would take a lot of guts from WWE to swerve everyone by reversing that decision.

What worries me is how the match will be presented by the WWE. Yes, Ronda Rousey is already a star in WWE and has proved that she knows how to connect with the fans. But is that enough to put her match on the premier slot?

I mean, she has wrestled in the main event in UFC, but this is professional wrestling and not MMA. You can't flounder or falter at any step during the match, otherwise, things don't take a lot of time to get out of hand. You can't have one more failed main event on a pay per view.

Ronda is still a little raw inside the ring, as evident from that match with Alicia Fox last Monday, and her opponent is probably on the same level as Carmella inside the ring. Ronda deserves the main event slot in the future but not against someone like Alexa Bliss, even if it ends with Ronda winning. Wait for Evolution, wait for a stronger opponent, but don't let this happen at Summerslam.
