#3 Eliminating Finn Balor first

Its no secret that WWE has dropped the ball on Finn Balor over the last couple months and that trend continued during the opening match of Monday Night RAW.

With that in mind and Elias seemingly supposed to be lower on the card than Balor, why did they decide to have The former Universal champion take the first fall?
Not only does that kill off even more of his momentum, but it also comes after being eliminated relatively early in Men's Survivor Series match the night before.
In the end, WWE needs to do something with Balor moving forward and at least avenge his loss in some way, shape or form.
Of course, WWE will probably end up trying to do that over the course of the next few weeks, but a fluke roll-up victory is not going to distract from the fact that he loses when it counts.
