Steve Austin was run down by Rikishi in 1999, under The Game's orders.

At Survivor Series 1999, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin was all set to compete in the main event for the WWF Championship until tragedy struck. Being run down in the parking lot, Austin missed a year of in-ring actions, as speculation grew over who would attack the Rattlesnake.

From Steve Blackman to The Rock, everyone was a suspect, until it was revealed that Rikishi was the driver, but wasn't working alone.

The master of all of this was Triple H, who in Austin's absence had become the longest reigning WWF Champion of the time, but had also taken control of the company by marrying Stephanie.
