5 most-likely opponents for Braun Strowman after his win at Greatest Royal Rumble

Strowman has been on a rampage ever since he started his singles run on RAW. He single-handedly won the RAW Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania and most recently, won the Greatest Royal Rumble match after eliminating a staggering 13 men from the match, creating a new record.

Here are 5 Superstars Strowman is most likely to start a feud within the coming weeks:

#5 Bobby Lashley

Bobby Lashley

This has to be the most obvious choice as of now.

These two men teamed up together on RAW last week to annihilate their opponents-- Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens but were on a warpath against each other during the 50-man Royal Rumble at the Greatest Royal Rumble event, which saw Strowman get the better of Lashley by eliminating him from the match.

Lashley returned to WWE after a gap of about 10 years, during which time he honed his talents in not just professional wrestling, but also MMA as he worked for companies like Impact Wrestling and Bellator MMA before making his return to WWE.

Lashley is a powerhouse himself and would be perfect competition for Strowman who is always on the lookout for worthy opponents.

The only problem with this feud could be the fact that both these men are currently faces, and would make much more sense for Lashley to turn heel as not only would it be more fruitful for the feud, Lashley has proved during his time in Impact Wrestling that he works better as a heel.

#4 Elias

Elias

Arguably the fastest rising star in the past few years, Elias has proved to the world that what it really needs to succeed on the main roster is charisma-- and Elias has tons of it.

Elias and Strowman were involved in a brief feud before Wrestlemania, which ended with the "Symphony Of Destruction" match between the two-- won by Strowman.

Even though Elias has really made a name for himself as a character, he has not yet had the feud that could solidify him as an in-ring competitor even though he has faced almost all of the top stars in the company. A well laid out feud with Strowman, which is not entirely a one-sided battle like most of their previous clashes could help establish Elias as a threat to be taken seriously.

#3 Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler

This might seem like an odd pairing for a great feud, but hear me out.

Dolph Ziggler made his way to RAW as part of the Superstar Shakeup after being part of Smackdown for two years, having had great matches through the years yet failing to achieve anything significant.

Even though Ziggler had turned heel long time back, it did little to save his languishing career and he was in desperate need of a repackaging, which has finally come now as his return to RAW had an air of freshness (partly due to being paired with Drew McIntyre) that he had lacked for a long time.

Alone, Ziggler would not be much of a challenge for Strowman, but with McIntyre by his side, it could be an interesting feud where Ziggler and McIntyre can prove to be tough adversaries for the Monster Among Men.

#2 Lars Sullivan

Lars Sullivan

Lars Sullivan is one of the top prospects in NXT today; called the Braun STrowman of NXT, Sullivan is a Monster Among Men in his own right.

Even though Sullivan was unsuccessful in winning the North-American Championship at NXT Takeover: New Orleans in the 6-man ladder match, he impressed everyone with his performance.

Much like Strowman, Sullivan is gifted with not only strength but also agility and swiftness when it comes to in-ring action and the two would be perfect competitors for each other.

It would also make RAW more exciting with another high-profile NXT call-up.

#1 Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar

Braun Strowman is the perfect combination of being talented and being over with the crowd-- something that the previous contender for the Universal Championship, Roman Reigns, lacked.

Having already won the Tag Team Championships and the first-ever "Greatest Battle Royal", it would only make sense for Strowman to go after the flagship championship of WWE: The Universal Championship, currently held by Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar and Brock have clashed earlier in one-on-one action for the Universal Championship, but Strowman was unable to conquer the beast at that time; so another encounter between the two would not only provide Strowman with the opportunity he has been in search of but also give fans someone they can get behind in solid fashion.
