How excited are you guys about the upcoming NXT TakeOver in under two weeks? We certainly cannot wait for it, considering how stacked the card is. This week's NXT show got us pumped for the event! And how!

For the first time since this series began, 5 points aren't enough to cover all the bases. However, we will try our best to pick out the five points that we found most significant, and list them in this article. Leave your comments below and let us know what you thought of the show.

This was certainly the best hour of WWE wrestling, through the course of the week. Enough happened during the show to keep us glued, for two whole hours.

Here are five points that we found especially exciting!

#5 Trouble just walked into NXT

EC 3 has supreme potential in the main roster
EC 3 has supreme potential in both NXT and the main roster

He has a space between the EC and the 3 now. But he's still the same man that carried TNA on his back in recent years with his incredible promo ability and his natural charisma. The ovation that EC 3 got when he arrived at NXT was absolutely super. His theme song is pretty sick as well.

The crowd started chanting- 'You deserve it'. As only EC3 can, he shut them up with a hilarious comment, maybe indicating that he will be a heel going forward. His interaction with William Regal was absolutely on point.

Of course, Regal would announce the North American Championship and make EC 3 a part of that highly-anticipated match, in the segment that would ensue. Another man that we're excited to see in the same match is this gentleman...

#4 The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic finalists determined

Never ask Paul Ellering to sip from your cup
Never ask Paul Ellering to sip from your cup

The Authors of Pain made short work of The Street Profits in the first of the two matches in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic semifinals. This was a strange match in a lot of ways. Following a series of moves from Angelo Dawkins on Akam and Rezar, Montez Ford began to celebrate. Until he ran across one Mr Paul Ellering at ringside.

Ellering would knock the cup out of Ford's hand. This would allow the Authors of Pain to deliver the last chapter. Words fail us when we describe this strange situation, so we recommend that you watch it for yourself.

The second match was far more standard and definitely more explosive. The unlikely duo of Pete Dunne and Roderick Strong defeated SAnitY in a great match to go to the finals of the highly coveted tournament.

The two teams will collide on next week's show to determine who will face the Undisputed ERA for the NXT Tag Team Championships at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans.

#3 A blistering return

Lars Sullivan could be a third Bludgeon Brother
Lars Sullivan could definitely be a third Bludgeon Brother

NXT had rested easy when he was out with a slight injury. Now, Lars Sullivan is back and there is no respite for anyone at all. Local talent John Silver found that out the hard way, this week. This is how far he was flung across the ring.

Sullivan will be a part of the NXT North American Championship match at TakeOver. While he'll most likely not win the match, we're certain that he'll create an impression!

#2 An unsanctioned blood feud

This may even be a more highly anticipated match, than all the title matches combined
This may even be a more highly anticipated match, than all the title matches put together

Gargano and Ciampa do not need a title to tear the house down. They have the best story going in all of professional wrestling today. A story that the whole audience is highly invested in. A story of friendship, of betrayal and of revenge.

Ciampa began NXT by stating how much of a living hell Gargano had made his existence. Regal stipulated that the two men would square off in an unsanctioned match at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans. This is a match that could potentially be the Match of the Year, even before the bell rings.

Months of build will finally come to a head at New Orleans. If this match doesn't go on last, the crowd may be emotionally drained out for the other matches.

#1 From the parking lot to the ring

These two men gave us a preview of what we can expect

The cutest girl in all of NXT, Dakota Kai made her way to the ring and the crowd was happy to see her. And then, Mauro Ranallo would spoil it all and say that a brawl had broken out in the backstage area between Andrade 'Cien' Almas and Aleister Black.

When we reached the backstage area, we realized that it was a one-sided assault. Almas laid the blows into Black, days before their clash at TakeOver. Is this an indication that Black will eventually come out on top?

This was our analysis of this week's NXT television episode. We'll bring you more action and analysis, next week.

See you all!
