#2 Shayna Baszler

Both RAW and Smackdown Live's women's divisions have been dominated by Charlotte and Becky Lynch for quite some time now, and if there's anyone dominant enough to change that, it's the Queen of Spades, Shayna Baszler. Whether she comes alone or with Jessamyn Duke & Marina Shafir, Baszler certainly has the talent and the legitimacy to be a star, and after the departure of Ronda Rousey, the main roster needs her.

She may not be the most charismatic performer down in NXT (no one comes near Velveteen Dream in that category), but she knows her character and plays it perfectly, and everything she does inside the ring is believable. There's the issue of Vince McMahon not respecting characters and not telling good stories, but it's not that hard when it comes to Baszler, and she's ready to challenge Lynch, Charlotte, Moon, Bliss and others at the top already.
